Yesterday morning I had the privilege of photographing Parker and Rocky.  Rocky is a foster for the local humane society.  Parker is a repeat customer.  This go around we were trying  for Christmas card photos.

We started the session with some ball chasing and exploring.  Parker happened upon a block of wood which led to some keep away!

Poor Rocky just wasn’t fast enough to keep up!  After burning some energy, we got down to business.

Mid-session we headed back in the wooded area.  Unfortunately, I let the dogs “find” the tank!

We had some mud dogs on our hands then!  But the parents were troopers.  We went on with our shoot, dirty dogs and all!

These two guys were so well behaved.  And you can see the love shared by the family.  Rocky did good getting this foster family!  I hope he finds a forever home just as awesome.

I can’t think of anything better than spending a morning photographing a great family.
